He walked away shaking his head. Flann Ghee showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bradain Willson, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 14 minutes, Berk McAaron successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Rorke Gough took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flann Ghee. Flann Ghee dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 18th minute, Bradain Willson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes into the game, Teddy Hughes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Berk McAaron was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Belleek FC booed when Straheglin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Scot Sheridan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Austin Martyn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Berk McAaron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Beacan McLiam fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Belleek FC's protests and gave Beacan McLiam a yellow card for diving instead. Beacan McLiam kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Straheglin's Rorke Gough got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Flann Ghee made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bradain Willson in the 41st minute of play. Straheglin's Scot Sheridan suffered a sore thigh after 42 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 42 minutes, Brendon McBjarton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Belleek FC and the Straheglin players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 60 played minutes Straheglin got a freekick which was hit by Bradain Willson. After having played for 63 minutes, Austin Martyn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Belleek FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Austin Martyn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Belleek FC's Cormac Cassin got a free kick in the 67th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rorke Gough got free with Flann Ghee in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Austin Martyn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brogan Crowe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Belleek FC's Flann Ghee got control of the ball when Rorke Gough tried to sneak it across the goal line.
