Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Braydon Harkin got the match started through his kick off. Raymond Scully showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cáirbre Sheridan in the 2nd minute of the match. After 6 minutes, Patton McMichel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ladysbridge and the Kilberry FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th match minute, Ladysbridge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patton McMichel to maneuver through the defense. Donall McCollion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Braydon Harkin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Patton McMichel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ladysbridge's supporters rose to their feet, but Patton McMichel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raymond Scully breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Patton McMichel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Boyne Harkin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Donall McCollion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cáirbre Sheridan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raymond Scully having to interfere. Donall McCollion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braydon Harkin, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 33rd minute Patton McMichel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raymond Scully saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Beary McBjarton was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kilberry FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ladysbridge the free kick. A collision led to Kilberry FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Beary McBjarton hit a great ball. Nolen McOliver recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raymond Scully made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patton McMichel in the 45th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Patton McMichel made the kick off in the second half. Thomas Harkin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donall McCollion having to interfere. After 58 minutes, Bradigan MaCollin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ladysbridge and the Kilberry FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 58th minute, Bradigan MaCollin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raymond Scully made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patton McMichel in the 61st minute of play. Patton McMichel scored 1-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Raymond Scully, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 70 minutes into the match, Ladysbridge's goal looked a bit too open when Braydon Harkin came free, but Donall McCollion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd match minute, Ladysbridge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nolen McOliver to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute, Rowley McFrank hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76th minute, Brett Delaney fired a really elegant long shot, but Donall McCollion threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Patton McMichel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th match minute, Ladysbridge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rowley McFrank to maneuver through the defense. After 83 minutes, Cáirbre Sheridan made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Kilberry FC's Raymond Scully tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Patton McMichel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ladysbridge fully deserved thier win.
