Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Séamus McOliver made the kick off which started today's match. With his leg Basil Ferguson managed to avoid a goal in the 3rdth minute, when Knockstopher's Séamus McOliver fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Barran McBrandon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Barraduff's Blanche McSteven got a free kick in the 8th minute. Séamus McOliver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basil Ferguson having to interfere. Basil Ferguson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hayes Gollogley in the 12th minute of the match. Séamus McOliver received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Basil Ferguson came out and tried to block the shot, but Séamus McOliver slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 18th minute. Hayes Gollogley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basil Ferguson having to interfere. After 25 played minutes Séamus McOliver rounded Barraduff's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. In the 28th minute, one of Barraduff:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Barraduff. Brefni McGlenn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Binne McLaughlin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Knockstopher's Felim Byrne slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Basil Ferguson. That made the score 3-0 after 34 minutes of play. In the 38th minute, Séamus McOliver got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Basil Ferguson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Séamus McOliver's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Felim Byrne managed to get in a good position for a shot. Knockstopher's supporters rose to their feet, but Felim Byrne was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Basil Ferguson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Brefni McGlenn stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Barraduff's Basil Ferguson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Séamus McOliver in the 54th minute of play. If Hayes Gollogley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Beartlai McSteve recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Séamus McOliver in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Basil Ferguson saved Barraduff from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Séamus McOliver in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Basil Ferguson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 67th minute, Barran McBrandon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Knockstopher fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. If Samueil McStephen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Felim Byrne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beartlai McSteve in the 73rd minute of play forced Barraduff's goalkeeper Basil Ferguson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Basil Ferguson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Séamus McOliver in the 81st minute of the match. If Derin McDonald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Séamus McOliver in the 85th minute of play forced Barraduff's goalkeeper Basil Ferguson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Basil Ferguson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Séamus McOliver in the 93rd minute of the match. Felim Byrne took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Basil Ferguson. Basil Ferguson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0.
