Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Britt Beckett got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beckett Costello in the 5th minute of play forced Barroosky's goalkeeper Cacey Callaghan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6 minutes into the game, Thurl McCready was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barroosky's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Glennan the free kick. After 6 played minutes Barroosky got a freekick which was hit by Thurl McCready. Russ Dimson took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cacey Callaghan. Cacey Callaghan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Barroosky's Bressail McJohnny got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute of the match Baran Byrne shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cacey Callaghan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Beltany Willson hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Glennan's Beckett Frankson got a free kick in the 18th minute. When Beineon Gallagher came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Glennan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Beineon Gallagher couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Barroosky's Bressail McJohnny got a free kick in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Beltany Willson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cacey Callaghan. Barroosky's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Beltany Willson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Cacey Callaghan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beineon Gallagher in the 33rd minute of play. In the 36th minute, Russ Dimson made a precise shot to the right of Cacey Callaghan. Barroosky's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Cacey Callaghan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beckett Costello in the 41st minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Russ Dimson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bola Moran hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Cacey Callaghan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beltany Willson in the 53rd minute of the match. If Aaron Frankson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Glennan's Breas Morrison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mack Dillon in the 58th minute of play. Aaron Frankson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 76 minutes, Cacey Callaghan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 80 played minutes Beltany Willson rounded Barroosky's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-4. After 83 played minutes Barroosky got a freekick which was hit by Caroll McPhil. 84 minutes into the game, Beckett Costello recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cacey Callaghan. Beckett Costello showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. Cacey Callaghan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Russ Dimson, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 88th minute, Bressail McJohnny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 91 played minutes Barroosky got a freekick which was hit by Reilly Ghee. Russ Dimson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cacey Callaghan having to interfere. Glennan's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
