In the 88th minute, Becc Mullan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bevan Rutherford showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rowley McAaron, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute, Beiti Brennan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Ranns FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Garrykonnedy's performance. The match ended with a win for Garrykonnedy.
