Stouthearted™'s Bodibeua McTommy got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Braonain Robinson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bodibeua McTommy in the 6th minute of the match. John McAaron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cacey Deery in the 8th minute of the match. Cappanagh Utd's Braonain Robinson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bodibeua McTommy in the 10th minute of play. The supporters of Stouthearted™ booed when Cappanagh Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cacey Deery didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Cappanagh Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Bodibeua McTommy came free, but Braonain Robinson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18thth minute of the game Bodibeua McTommy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cappanagh Utd's Braonain Robinson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Stouthearted™'s Eoghan Lester got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bodibeua McTommy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braonain Robinson having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bodibeua McTommy in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Braonain Robinson saved Cappanagh Utd from getting behind. Braonain Robinson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bodibeua McTommy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Beckett Coyle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Cappanagh Utd's Byrne Molloy got a free kick in the 31st minute. If Bodibeua McTommy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 45 played minutes Stouthearted™ got a freekick which was hit by Bodibeua McTommy. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beothach McJohn in the 48th minute of play forced Stouthearted™'s goalkeeper John McAaron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The supporters of Stouthearted™ booed when Cappanagh Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Byrne Molloy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Braonain Robinson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bodibeua McTommy in the 54th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the game, Cappanagh Utd's Beckett Coyle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. John McAaron made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. With an all-out effort, Stouthearted™'s Braonain Robinson threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bodibeua McTommy, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Bodibeua McTommy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Braonain Robinson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Stouthearted™'s goal looked a bit too open when Byrne Molloy came free, but John McAaron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute, Cacey Deery had to leave the field with a concussion. After a rather tough play, Stouthearted™'s Dolan Rogers got a free kick in the 70th minute. Byrne Molloy charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Byrne Molloy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cappanagh Utd's goalkeeper Braonain Robinson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eoghan Lester's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Braonain Robinson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Branagain Ghee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. John McAaron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Beckett Coyle came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Cappanagh Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Beckett Coyle couldn't finish the play. John McAaron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Branagain Ghee, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Beckett Coyle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bodibeua McTommy got free with Braonain Robinson in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. For all the effort they put into the match, the Stouthearted™ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cappanagh Utd.
