Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Los Malaguistas's Farrell McNamee started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bailey McAaron kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. The supporters of Drumkeeran booed when Los Malaguistas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bailey McAaron didn't get a good kick on the ball. Denny Rutherford received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Treno Kirby tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Harold Delaney had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Harold Delaney's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 10thth minute, Treno Kirby skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 16 played minutes, Los Malaguistas's Torey Duggan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Donelle McBrandon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Los Malaguistas reached it. After having played for 22 minutes, Harold Delaney managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Drumkeeran's supporters crossed their fingers, but Harold Delaney was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Los Malaguistas's goal looked a bit too open when Denny Rutherford came free, but Treno Kirby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, one of Los Malaguistas:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Los Malaguistas. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Denny Rutherford managed to get in a good position for a shot. Drumkeeran's supporters rose to their feet, but Denny Rutherford was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Treno Kirby breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Denny Rutherford's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Treno Kirby was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. With his leg Treno Kirby managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when Drumkeeran's Harold Delaney fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Patton John fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Treno Kirby having to interfere. Los Malaguistas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Denny Rutherford scored to the left of an out of position Treno Kirby, making the score, 2-0. Gil Rogers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Beccan Dempsey hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Denny Rutherford to make the kick off. Harold Delaney blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Treno Kirby having to make a save. In the 57th minute, Denny Rutherford got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Drumkeeran's Denny Rutherford managed to work through Los Malaguistas's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Denny Rutherford dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. When Harold Delaney came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Drumkeeran fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Harold Delaney couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Drumkeeran booed when Los Malaguistas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomas McCready didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Harold Delaney had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Denny Rutherford sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harold Delaney in the 70th minute of play forced Los Malaguistas's goalkeeper Treno Kirby to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bradley Palmer during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 73 minutes into the game, one of Drumkeeran:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 79th match minute, Drumkeeran was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cacey Benson to maneuver through the defense. Donelle McBrandon acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 80th minute, took the ball on the long shot from George Holt. 82 minutes into the match, Los Malaguistas's goal looked a bit too open when Denny Rutherford came free, but Treno Kirby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Los Malaguistas's Treno Kirby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harold Delaney in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th minute, Denny Rutherford got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 88 minutes, Harold Delaney managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Drumkeeran's supporters crossed their fingers, but Harold Delaney was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Denny Rutherford scored 3-1 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Treno Kirby, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Los Malaguistas's Treno Kirby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harold Delaney in the 95th minute of play. Farrell McNamee struck a weak shot in the 99th minute. Donelle McBrandon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Malaguistas. When the referee ended the match the Drumkeeran players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
