Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Brak Brennan got the match started through his kick off. After 3 played minutes Salia Sparta Club got a freekick which was hit by Bairee McJohn. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Barley McFrancise managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gowlin's supporters rose to their feet, but Barley McFrancise was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Colm Quinnless breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Blanaid McJohn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Barley McFrancise fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Colm Quinnless having to interfere. Colm Quinnless made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bairrionn McVictor in the 15th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bairrionn McVictor in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Colm Quinnless saved Salia Sparta Club from getting behind. In the last second Colm Quinnless throw himself and got hold of the ball when Bairrionn McVictor in the 20thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Bairrionn McVictor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Colm Quinnless tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Barley McFrancise fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Colm Quinnless having to interfere. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Salia Sparta Club's goalkeeper Colm Quinnless, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Barley McFrancise received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Colm Quinnless tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bairrionn McVictor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Bairrionn McVictor made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Salia Sparta Club defense, Barley McFrancise kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Colm Quinnless. The Salia Sparta Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Colm Quinnless should have stopped the shot. In the 56th match minute, Salia Sparta Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daron McWilliam to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th minute, Barley McFrancise made a precise shot to the right of Colm Quinnless. Salia Sparta Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 62nd minute, Salia Sparta Club's Brak Brennan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Donahue Cassin. Donahue Cassin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. In the 66th minute of the match Brickeen McCollion sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Colm Quinnless skillfully saved the ball. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Bairrionn McVictor put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Colm Quinnless. Blanaid McJohn kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the game, Brasil McTommy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gowlin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salia Sparta Club the free kick. If Bairrionn McVictor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 78 minutes into the match, Barley McFrancise had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Colm Quinnless. Salia Sparta Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Barley McFrancise was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. In the 82nd minute, Gowlin's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Brant McLiam fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Salia Sparta Club getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Bairee McJohn hit a great ball. Bairrionn McVictor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Colm Quinnless tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bairrionn McVictor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Colm Quinnless having to interfere.
