Beltany Horgan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gill Ghee, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Coorleagh's Beltany Horgan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gill Ghee in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Doney Crowe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Gill Ghee put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Beltany Horgan. Bergin Dillon kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Branigan Ghee made an important save on a dangerous shot by Finnigan Branson in the 33rd minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gill Ghee to strike the kick off in the second half. If Breannain Walker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 59 minutes of play, Coorleagh's Rory Ramsey made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Branigan Ghee was left in no man's land by his defense there! Finnigan Branson scored 2-1 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Branigan Ghee, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Branigan Ghee took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Finnigan Branson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gill Ghee was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 72nd minute. Branchfield's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 73 minutes into the game, Gill Ghee recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Beltany Horgan. Gill Ghee showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. If Gill Ghee had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute, Eoghan Kirby got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Branigan Ghee showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Finnigan Branson, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Branchfield's supporters rose to their feet, but Gill Ghee was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beltany Horgan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Coorleagh's Beltany Horgan got control of the ball when Breannain Walker tried to sneak it across the goal line. Beltany Horgan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gill Ghee showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 97 minute of play.
