Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After 11 played minutes Ballyguin got a freekick which was hit by Blathma McDecland. If Aaden Doherty had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Ennis Tracy kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Harkin McGlenn. That made the score 1-0 in the 19 minute of play. A collision led to Littlemill Brunts getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Rordan Deans hit a great ball. Aubrey McPaul, 23 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Blathma McDecland kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. If Tomás Kelly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ennis Tracy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harkin McGlenn having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Tomás Kelly managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ballyguin's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomás Kelly was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harkin McGlenn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aaden Doherty took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bartel Crowe. Bartel Crowe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The supporters of Littlemill Brunts booed when Ballyguin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ennis Tracy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Blathma McDecland took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harkin McGlenn. Harkin McGlenn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 45th minute, Aaden Doherty got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Harkin McGlenn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ennis Tracy in the 47th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aaden Doherty stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Ennis Tracy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Harkin McGlenn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blathma McDecland in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 58th minute of the match Tomás Kelly sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Harkin McGlenn skillfully saved the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ennis Tracy during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 67 minutes into the game, Ennis Tracy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Harkin McGlenn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 71st minute, Ennis Tracy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tomás Kelly might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Harkin McGlenn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomás Kelly ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 79th match minute, Ballyguin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tierney Barrett to maneuver through the defense. Ennis Tracy scored 4-1 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Harkin McGlenn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ennis Tracy took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harkin McGlenn. Harkin McGlenn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Littlemill Brunts players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ballyguin.
