Ennis Tracy scored 3-4 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bebhinn McTommy, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee showed Blathma McDecland the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ballyguin getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Blathma McDecland hit a great ball. After 91 played minutes Ballyguin got a freekick which was hit by Brain Cronin. 93 minutes in the game Keely Murphy got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. After some careless play in the Ballygar Town defense, Tomás Kelly kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bebhinn McTommy. The Ballygar Town fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bebhinn McTommy should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle sounded Ballygar Town left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ballyguin.
