Spectators: 7484 (Terracing: 5652, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Harry Marenghi started the match with the kick off. Stew Mason took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marek Coulson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zane Sollit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stew Mason having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marek Coulson in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stew Mason prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Harry Marenghi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Walworth Runners's supporters rose to their feet, but Harry Marenghi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frank Chiverton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 20 played minutes All Stars FC got a freekick which was hit by Martyn McGurk. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Marek Coulson managed to get in a good position for a shot. All Stars FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marek Coulson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stew Mason breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alf Woods struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Frank Chiverton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Walworth Runners. Stew Mason made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zane Sollit in the 32nd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Niall Broadhurst hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 42 minutes into the game, Marek Coulson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Stew Mason was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Marek Coulson made the kick off in the second half. Frank Chiverton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alf Woods in the 60th minute of play. After 62 minutes of play, All Stars FC's Zane Sollit made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stew Mason was left in no man's land by his defense there! Owen Le Saux hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Niall Broadhurst hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Marek Coulson managed to get in a good position for a shot. All Stars FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marek Coulson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stew Mason breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 83rd minute, Zane Sollit reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Stew Mason. The goal made the score 0-6. Zane Sollit could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Stew Mason made a huge save. Zane Sollit who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Stew Mason when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Nat Cryer fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Walworth Runners's protests and gave Nat Cryer a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Walworth Runners getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Nat Cryer hit a great ball. Stew Mason made a fantastic save in the 98th minute, when Zane Sollit sent off a good shot on target. All Stars FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
