Matty Fordham didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kriegsmarine FC's Dean Newell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Atherton in the 21st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Stefan Atherton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bulphan City's supporters rose to their feet, but Stefan Atherton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dean Newell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Simon Martin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dean Newell having to make a save. After having played for 34 minutes, Seth Clough managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kriegsmarine FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Seth Clough was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 41 minutes into the match, Bulphan City's goal looked a bit too open when Seth Clough came free, but Philip Ruddock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Philip Ruddock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nathanial Kellaway, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The supporters of Kriegsmarine FC booed when Bulphan City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matty Fordham didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Philip Ruddock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nathanial Kellaway in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Seth Clough got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Matty Fordham hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After 58 played minutes Nathanial Kellaway rounded Bulphan City's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. The referee felt a red card was in order, 66 minutes into the game, when Calvin Oddy put in a rough tackle. After 65 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Kriegsmarine FC! Stefan Atherton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dean Newell having to interfere. Olly Machin kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Simon Martin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Seth Clough received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. The Bulphan City fans cheered their team off the field, for while Kriegsmarine FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
