Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tyrone Simpson got the match started through his kick off. Benjamin Munday showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Calum Bartram, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Pete Longden stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tyrone Simpson's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Tyrone Simpson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ossett United's supporters rose to their feet, but Tyrone Simpson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pete Longden breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joshua Nicholson during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Bredon FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Joshua Nicholson hit a great ball. In the 11th match minute, Bredon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Calum Bartram to maneuver through the defense. In the last second Benjamin Munday throw himself and got hold of the ball when Calum Bartram in the 18thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 20th minute, Grant Daly hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tyrone Simpson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tyrone Simpson in the 30th minute of play forced Bredon FC's goalkeeper Pete Longden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Bredon FC's Nicky Shakespeare got a free kick in the 31st minute. After 32 minutes, Tyrone Simpson made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Bredon FC's Pete Longden tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tyrone Simpson might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pete Longden. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tyrone Simpson ran back to his position shaking his head. The Bredon FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ossett United were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Calum Bartram was the one to do the kick off. Tyrone Simpsons short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Pete Longden to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Tyrone Simpson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pete Longden having to interfere. After 70 played minutes Bredon FC got a freekick which was hit by Deon Gold. After having played for 73 minutes, Lewis Bartram managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ossett United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lewis Bartram was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 85th play minutes Tyrone Simpson shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Pete Longden and just under the crossbar into goal. Tyrone Simpson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pete Longden having to interfere. Felix Bourton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Pete Longden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 94 minutes, Tyrone Simpson made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Bredon FC's Pete Longden tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match was over Ossett United could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bredon FC throughout the match.
