Chip Coombe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Steve Cousins made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Feltham FC's Vince England got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes into the game, Gus Blunt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Feltham FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sutton Coldfield the free kick. Gus Blunt hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eric Mitchell to make the kick off.
