The referee showed Rupert Hotte the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Centre of Excellence AFC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Rupert Hotte hit a great ball. Denis Ruddock made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Rodney Mason sent off a good shot on target. Denis Ruddock stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jude Bonham's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Neil Barnes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Denis Ruddock read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Denis Ruddock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Neil Barnes in the 52nd minute of the match. After 56 minutes of play, Bognor Regis's Neil Barnes made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Denis Ruddock was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zackary Maylett's late challenge caught a Bognor Regis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zackary Maylett helped the player get up and apologised. After 85 played minutes Centre of Excellence AFC got a freekick which was hit by Zackary Maylett. Neil Barnes succeeded in the game's 89th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-0. The supporters of Bognor Regis booed when Centre of Excellence AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Greenfield didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Rodney Mason managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bognor Regis's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodney Mason was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denis Ruddock breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bognor Regis were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
