The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Hernan Gerazan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vinicio Vitin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hernan Gerazan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vinicio Vitin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernan Gerazan in the 8th minute of the match. After 10 minutes of play, Barking's Hernan Gerazan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vinicio Vitin was left in no man's land by his defense there! 14 minutes into the match, Aleksander Gendolla notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Roehampton Raptors's Vinicio Vitin. Vinicio Vitin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 17 minutes into the match, Roehampton Raptors's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Gerazan came free, but Vinicio Vitin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Hernan Gerazan sped through Roehampton Raptors's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vinicio Vitin. Vinicio Vitin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hernan Gerazan went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. When Barking's Hernan Gerazan in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Roehampton Raptors's goalie prevented a goal. In the 31st minute, Hernan Gerazan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barking fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. After a rather tough play, Roehampton Raptors's Carlton Boston got a free kick in the 35th minute. The supporters of Barking booed when Roehampton Raptors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlton Boston didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The wind increased when Armando Quadros made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernan Gerazan in the 51st minute of play forced Roehampton Raptors's goalkeeper Vinicio Vitin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vinicio Vitin made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Hernan Gerazan sent off a good shot on target. Vinicio Vitin came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Barking's Hernan Gerazan. But to his dismay, Hernan Gerazan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. The crowd rose to their feet as Barking's Hernan Gerazan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vinicio Vitin. That made the score 0-8 after 62 minutes of play. Vinicio Vitin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jan Klijnstra in the 65th minute. The audience was convinced that Hernan Gerazan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vinicio Vitin was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Vinicio Vitin made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Charlie Cooke sent off a good shot on target. Vinicio Vitin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Gerazan in the 79th minute of play. The supporters of Barking booed when Roehampton Raptors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Çağatay Keşif didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 82 played minutes, Barking's Fermin Haitz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vinicio Vitin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Barking reached it. Hernan Gerazan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute, Hernan Gerazan made a precise shot to the right of Vinicio Vitin. Roehampton Raptors's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hernan Gerazan in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vinicio Vitin saved Roehampton Raptors from getting behind. Vinicio Vitin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernan Gerazan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle sounded Barking left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Roehampton Raptors.
