The Barking fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 9 played minutes Barking got a freekick which was hit by Charlie Cooke. Barking's Tod Wild played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Junior Ellison in the 16th minute of play. Hernan Gerazan took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Don Amos. Don Amos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Charlie Cooke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Don Amos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Matty Mitchell hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Hernan Gerazan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Don Amos was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Hernan Gerazan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Don Amos having to make a save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Junior Ellison made a kick off. Hernan Gerazan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Don Amos made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Junior Ellison in the 55th minute of play forced Barking's goalkeeper Tod Wild to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hernan Gerazan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Don Amos having to interfere. Northwood's Don Amos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aleksander Gendolla in the 65th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernan Gerazan in the 66th minute of play forced Northwood's goalkeeper Don Amos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Northwood's goalkeeper Don Amos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hernan Gerazan might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Don Amos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hernan Gerazan ran back to his position shaking his head. Northwood's Don Amos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aleksander Gendolla in the 88th minute of play. Barking's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
