A beautiful save bye byby Im Bored.com's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mitch Lightfoot during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Northwood's zone, Gav Brodie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Don Amos came out of the goal and Gav Brodie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th match minute, Northwood was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ian Broadhurst to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Gav Brodie's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Don Amos was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Don Amos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mitch Lightfoot's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Richard Verity showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Billy Long, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Northwood's zone, Gav Brodie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Don Amos came out of the goal and Gav Brodie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Jerome Trusswell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Junior Ellison to strike the kick off in the second half. Jerome Trusswell blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Don Amos having to make a save. Gav Brodie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 63 played minutes byby Im Bored.com got a freekick which was hit by Mitch Lightfoot. 66 minutes into the match, byby Im Bored.com's goal looked a bit too open when Billy Long came free, but Richard Verity reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Junior Ellison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Verity having to interfere. A collision led to Northwood getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Hayden Rotherfield hit a great ball. In the 75th minute, Jay Sinclair got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 77 minutes into the game, byby Im Bored.com's Gav Brodie nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Don Amos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Jerome Trusswell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Don Amos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gav Brodie got free with Don Amos in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ian Broadhurst hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Jordan Mumford fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Verity having to interfere. Mitch Lightfoot struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Don Amos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for byby Im Bored.com. The byby Im Bored.com players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Northwood from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
