Ronny Maxell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Conan Kay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Theagenis Ksagorarakis's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Horfield's goalkeeper John-Paul Snowden had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcus Higgins. John-Paul Snowden made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcus Higgins in the 43rd minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 52nd minute, Theagenis Ksagorarakis made a precise shot to the right of Conan Kay. Michael Island FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. But to his dismay, Fattah Budail quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. In the 88th minute, Michael Island FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Theagenis Ksagorarakis fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 90th minute, Junior Groom made a precise shot to the right of John-Paul Snowden. Horfield's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. Fattah Budail sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Horfield's Theagenis Ksagorarakis in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Michael Island FC's goalie prevented a goal.
