Spectators: 9980 (Terracing: 8000, Seating: 1900, VIP seats: 80) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Khaled Chérif kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Symba's Hatem Ben Amor got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Jaouhar Ghannem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khaled Chérif, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Jaouhar Ghannem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gus Wootton in the 8th minute of play. After 9 played minutes COT got a freekick which was hit by Majed Mnari. 10 minutes into the match, Tomás San Juan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jaouhar Ghannem. COT's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomás San Juan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Khaled Chérif took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jaouhar Ghannem. Jaouhar Ghannem dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Khaled Chérif scored 0-3 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jaouhar Ghannem, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th minute, Gus Wootton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jaouhar Ghannem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khaled Chérif in the 22nd minute of play. A collision led to Symba getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Tomás San Juan hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the match, Imed Akid had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jaouhar Ghannem. COT's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Imed Akid was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 31st minute, Majed Mnari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute Khaled Chérif shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaouhar Ghannem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Tomás San Juan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Jaouhar Ghannem was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Khaled Chérif's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jaouhar Ghannem was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. In the 44th minute, Tomás San Juan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 46th minute Khaled Chérif shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaouhar Ghannem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jaouhar Ghannem stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Khaled Chérif's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. If Tomás San Juan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 48 minutes, Tomás San Juan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Symba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomás San Juan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The COT players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Symba were winning 0-6.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Diego Lattanzio made a kick off. Sílvio Veiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Jaouhar Ghannem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Riadh El Naili during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 56th match minute, COT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Riadh El Naili to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the game, Symba's Tomás San Juan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jaouhar Ghannem made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. 67 minutes into the match, COT's goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio Veiga came free, but Jaouhar Ghannem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Sílvio Veiga took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Jaouhar Ghannem to make any attempt to save it. In the 74th minute, Tomás San Juan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Symba fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. After 78 minutes, Sílvio Veiga made it 0-11 with a short kick to the right side. COT's Jaouhar Ghannem tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 82 minutes into the match, COT's goalkeeper Jaouhar Ghannem had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gus Wootton. Jaouhar Ghannem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sílvio Veiga in the 86th minute of play. Habib Ali El Hadrioui hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. 88 minutes into the game, Sílvio Veiga recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jaouhar Ghannem. Sílvio Veiga showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-12. In the 95th minute, Sílvio Veiga made a precise shot to the right of Jaouhar Ghannem. COT's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-13.
