After some careless play in the Kalnica FC defense, Martin Machala kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Miroslav Cernan. The Kalnica FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Miroslav Cernan should have stopped the shot. Martin Machala blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Miroslav Cernan having to make a save. When Lubáš Beňovský fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Buzica FC's protests and gave Lubáš Beňovský a yellow card for diving instead. 25 minutes into the game, one of Buzica FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ladislav Kľučka walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Miroslav Cernan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dávid Lipovský, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute Martin Machala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miroslav Cernan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kalnica FC's Miroslav Cernan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Machala in the 40th minute of play. Martin Machala struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Miroslav Cernan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Buzica FC. After having played for 43 minutes, Martin Machala managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buzica FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martin Machala was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Buzica FC fans' excitement grew in the 48th match minute when Buzica FC's Dávid Lipovský looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

In the 54th minute, Dušan Švec sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Kalnica FC's Miroslav Cernan didn't even have to move. Martin Machala blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Miroslav Cernan having to make a save. When Buzica FC's Dávid Lipovský in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Martin Machala managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buzica FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Martin Machala was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miroslav Cernan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dávid Lipovský blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Miroslav Cernan having to make a save. Martin Machala's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Miroslav Cernan firmly grabbed it by the left post. Martin Machala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miroslav Cernan having to interfere. After having played for 87 minutes, Dávid Lipovský managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 95th minute, Dávid Lipovský got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Kalnica FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Buzica FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
