Miroslav Šípka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marek Ambrózy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miroslav Šípka in the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute of the match Arch Enemies got a corner. Rusinska Cigelka's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marek Bachleda ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to Rusinska Cigelka getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Stano Kuchár hit a great ball. If Miroslav Šípka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rusinska Cigelka's Marek Ambrózy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Makaj in the 33rd minute of play. With a little luck, Arch Enemies's František Huba got control of the ball when Ladislav Habdža tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Rusinska Cigelka defense, Miroslav Šípka kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marek Ambrózy. The Rusinska Cigelka fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marek Ambrózy should have stopped the shot. Miroslav Šípka struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Marek Ambrózy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arch Enemies. Rusinska Cigelka's Marek Ambrózy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Lapač in the 42nd minute of play. The supporters of Arch Enemies booed when Rusinska Cigelka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matej Kubičko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ladislav Habdža was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rusinska Cigelka's goalkeeper Marek Ambrózy, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 57 minutes into the match, Rusinska Cigelka's goalkeeper Marek Ambrózy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ján Podlubný. Rusinska Cigelka's Dezider Horváth was substituted for Kevin Khadudu. In the 61st minute Arch Enemies were awarded a corner. Marek Bachleda went to the cornerflag to take it. Ján Podlubný received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marek Ambrózy came out and tried to block the shot, but Ján Podlubný slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 68th minute. Ján Podlubný charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ján Podlubný the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Rusinska Cigelka booed when Arch Enemies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ján Podlubný didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ján Podlubný took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marek Ambrózy. Marek Ambrózy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Ivan Demčák hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. When Matej Kubičko was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 77 minutes had been played. Arch Enemies's Pepito Santandres was substituted for Miroslav Šípka. After a rather tough play, Rusinska Cigelka's Matej Kubičko got a free kick in the 78th minute. Pepito Santandres might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marek Ambrózy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pepito Santandres ran back to his position shaking his head. Arch Enemies's Pepito Santandres was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 83rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Rusinska Cigelka's Marek Ambrózy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pepito Santandres in the 86th minute of play. 90 minutes in the game, Lajos Miško fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Marek Ambrózy having to interfere. Pepito Santandres who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Marek Ambrózy when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Pepito Santandres might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marek Ambrózy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pepito Santandres ran back to his position shaking his head. Arch Enemies's Ivan Makaj got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pepito Santandres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Marek Ambrózy made a huge save.
