Spectators: 7886 (Terracing: 5915, Seating: 1814, VIP seats: 157) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ales Ljubeljšek kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Wallenstein FC booed when Hoče-Slivnica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomi Petač didn't get a good kick on the ball. 6 minutes into the game, one of Wallenstein FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Reinhard Peternelj had in the 7thth minute some difficulties stopping Pino Juvan's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Helmut Pelcl might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jaša Mikelj. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Helmut Pelcl ran back to his position shaking his head. After 14 minutes of play, Wallenstein FC's Aleš Kokot made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jaša Mikelj was left in no man's land by his defense there! 18 minutes into the match, Aleš Kokot notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Hoče-Slivnica's Jaša Mikelj. Jaša Mikelj was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 21st minute, Pino Juvan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaša Mikelj made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ales Ljubeljšek in the 25th minute of play. Wallenstein FC's Ales Ljubeljšek got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th minute, Hoče-Slivnica's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Aleš Kokot fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Jaša Mikelj made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Aleš Kokot sent off a good shot on target. After 33 minutes, Ales Ljubeljšek made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Hoče-Slivnica's Jaša Mikelj tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Abdulaziz Rojnik fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hoče-Slivnica's protests and gave Abdulaziz Rojnik a yellow card for diving instead. In the 35th match minute, Hoče-Slivnica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdulaziz Rojnik to maneuver through the defense. After 36 minutes of play, Wallenstein FC's Aleš Kokot made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jaša Mikelj was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hoče-Slivnica's Jaša Mikelj proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Hoče-Slivnica from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Hoče-Slivnica's zone, Aleš Kokot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jaša Mikelj came out of the goal and Aleš Kokot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 45 minutes into the match, Hoče-Slivnica's goalkeeper Jaša Mikelj had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aleš Kokot. Aleš Kokot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 50th match minute, Wallenstein FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferucio Damjan to maneuver through the defense. When Wallenstein FC's Ales Ljubeljšek in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hoče-Slivnica's goalie prevented a goal. Jaša Mikelj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aleš Kokot in the 55th minute of the match. Hoče-Slivnica's Jaša Mikelj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ales Ljubeljšek in the 56th minute of play. After 57 minutes, Ales Ljubeljšek made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Hoče-Slivnica's Jaša Mikelj tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 60th minute, Aleš Kokot ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jaša Mikelj was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Jaša Mikelj came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Wallenstein FC's Ales Ljubeljšek. But to his dismay, Ales Ljubeljšek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Jaša Mikelj stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aleš Kokot's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ales Ljubeljšek in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jaša Mikelj saved Hoče-Slivnica from getting behind. Aleš Kokot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 78 minutes, Ales Ljubeljšek made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Hoče-Slivnica's Jaša Mikelj tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 83rd minute, Mladen Megla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mladen Megla's late challenge caught a Wallenstein FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mladen Megla helped the player get up and apologised. Jaša Mikelj stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ales Ljubeljšek's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. In the 91st minute Ales Ljubeljšek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaša Mikelj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wallenstein FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
