Fredrik Lustig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Edvard Bröms tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Stockholm City FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Arne Mårtensson hit a great ball. 6 minutes into the game, Stockholm City FC's Elias Stenqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Axel Bröms made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Stenqvist in the 14th minute of play forced Kode's goalkeeper Axel Bröms to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Stockholm City FC's goalkeeper Edvard Bröms had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aleksander Hök. Stockholm City FC's Gustaf Bengtsson got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jan Lekberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the match, Kode's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Oskar Ekström came free, but Axel Bröms reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arne Mårtensson hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Stockholm City FC's zone, Fredrik Lustig stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvard Bröms came out of the goal and Fredrik Lustig tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Elias Stenqvist made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Kode getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Fredrik Lustig hit a great ball. In the 60th minute, Kode's Claes Snell seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Claes Snell the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Kode protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Claes Snell had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 59th minute, one of Kode:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kode. Axel Bröms had in the 62ndth minute some difficulties stopping Eric Hägg's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 62nd minute, Eric Hägg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stockholm City FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 66th minute, Niklas Hellbom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elias Stenqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arne Mårtensson hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Elias Stenqvist received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Axel Bröms came out and tried to block the shot, but Elias Stenqvist slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 74th minute. In the 79th minute, Henrik Backlund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th minute, Fredrik Lustig ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edvard Bröms was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. When Stockholm City FC's Elias Stenqvist in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kode's goalie prevented a goal.
