Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ingvar Ivarsson made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the match, Bror Lundqvist dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lucas Lindström, 1-0. A collision led to VI SUGER getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Lars Tidén hit a great ball. Jonny Aspengren kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Ingvar Ivarsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ingvar Ivarsson came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the VI SUGER fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ingvar Ivarsson couldn't finish the play. Lucas Lindström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bror Lundqvist in the 30th minute. Tony Backlund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ingvar Ivarsson's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. If Ingvar Ivarsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peder Bergström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The wind increased when Jonny Aspengren made the kick off in the second half. Ingvar Ivarsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Backlund having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 55 minutes, Tony Backlund successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Lucas Lindström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Philip Vase in the 59th minute of play. Tony Backlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peder Bergström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ingvar Ivarsson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tony Backlund came out and tried to block the shot, but Ingvar Ivarsson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 63rd minute. After 71 minutes, Bernt Skålberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Edsbro and the VI SUGER players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 73 played minutes Edsbro got a freekick which was hit by Leo Törnqvist. Hans Ennegren didn't quite understand what happened when in the 75 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. A hard shot 80 in the game by Ingvar Ivarsson from a close distance when the talented Tony Backlund managed to make a qualified save. Edsbro's players were relieved. Tony Backlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Ivarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. The Edsbro fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. VI SUGER were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
