Mirko Natusch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evert Ståhlman in the 14th minute of the match. Matthias Norberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Mirko Natusch made a huge save. In the 20th minute, Jan Biörk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Herman Hellqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Per-Erik Jernberg lost his temper 23 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 22 minutes into the game, one of Malmö ff:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Alvin Fors walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Through an outstanding action, after 27 minutes, Mirko Natusch successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Mats Grubb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Herman Hellqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Åberg in the 30th minute of play. In the 80th minute Evert Ståhlman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mirko Natusch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evert Ståhlman in the 83rd minute of play forced Gothenburg Tigers FC's goalkeeper Mirko Natusch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evert Ståhlman scored 4-1 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mirko Natusch, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
