Nils Petersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvin Brandt in the 4th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, one of Långås RK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Långås RK. Karl-Oskar Olsmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. William Friberger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henrik Blomqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Allan Andersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils Petersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Leksandsdjävlar were furious when Emanuel Billock was red carded, 24 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Nils Petersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allan Andersson in the 30th minute of play. When Allan Andersson, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 32 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Nils Petersson was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Karl-Oskar Olsmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alex Leksandsdjävlar's Stig Hultin got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karl-Oskar Olsmann to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Långås RK's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Oskar Olsmann came free, but William Friberger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karl-Oskar Olsmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Alex Leksandsdjävlar booed when Långås RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Åkesson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute Allan Andersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils Petersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nils Petersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Allan Andersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nils Petersson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvin Brandt in the 71st minute. When Henrik Blomqvist fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alex Leksandsdjävlar's protests and gave Henrik Blomqvist a yellow card for diving instead. 74 minutes into the game, one of Alex Leksandsdjävlar:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.
