After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Per Haström managed to get in a good position for a shot. LiverPooL FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Per Haström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sverker Markusson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 13 minutes of play, LiverPooL FC's Per Haström made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sverker Markusson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Knislinge BK's Sture Browall got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. LiverPooL FC's Edgar Wahlnäs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Österlund in the 21st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Knislinge BK's Jimmie Wennerquist got a free kick in the 25th minute. The audience was convinced that Jens-Ove Jönsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sverker Markusson was relentless in the 26th minute of the game.
