The Kings's Rickard Rudberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save The Kings from getting a goal against them. Rickard Rudberg was a little too slow when Bo-Erik Lindqvist got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 7th minute. The score was now 1-0. The The Kings fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when The Kings's Andreas Nyberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sten Pålsson scored 1-2 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hjalmar Olsman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 27 minutes, Bo-Erik Lindqvist made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. The Kings's Rickard Rudberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Christian Browall hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Hjalmar Olsman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andreas Nyberg's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bo-Erik Lindqvist to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes The Kings got a freekick which was hit by Sven Söderberg. Magnus Lidman's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Rickard Rudberg on his right side and into the goal. 53 minutes into the game it was 3-2. After 66 played minutes Emil Giöck rounded Moliden FK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-4. Sten Pålsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Moliden FK's goalkeeper Hjalmar Olsman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 73rd match minute, Moliden FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stig-Åke Bergqvist to maneuver through the defense. Bo-Erik Lindqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Kings were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Moliden FK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Andreas Nyberg took the corner. The corner led The Kings's Andreas Nyberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Hjalmar Olsman despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Christian Browall's late challenge caught a The Kings's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christian Browall helped the player get up and apologised. Dan Bocklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Hjalmar Olsman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Kings were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
