The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Forza Bajen's Kristoffer Melberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Markusson in the 3rd minute of play. With a little luck, Forza Bajen's Kristoffer Melberg got control of the ball when Wiktor Jakobsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kristoffer Melberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eric Markusson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Anthon Josefsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kristoffer Melberg made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Wiktor Jakobsson sent off a good shot on target. The referee gave Forza Bajen a penalty, 27 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Tobias Skog, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Hisingen Boys BK's Henrik Telin. 0-1. Wiktor Jakobsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hisingen Boys BK's Wiktor Jakobsson got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 38th minute, Alexander Vacker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wiktor Jakobsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kristoffer Melberg having to make a save.

The wind increased when Anthon Josefsson made the kick off in the second half. Kristoffer Melberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wiktor Jakobsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Hisingen Boys BK's Wiktor Jakobsson got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 64 minutes, Anthon Josefsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Forza Bajen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anthon Josefsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alexander Vacker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Henrik Telin made a huge save. Benjamin Forssell hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Wiktor Jakobsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wiktor Jakobsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Forza Bajen defense, Benjamin Forssell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kristoffer Melberg. The Forza Bajen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kristoffer Melberg should have stopped the shot. Wiktor Jakobsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kristoffer Melberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wiktor Jakobsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Henrik Telin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Björn Lindberg in the 89th minute of the match. Alexander Vacker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Henrik Telin made a huge save. Benjamin Forssell charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benjamin Forssell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Forza Bajen booed when Hisingen Boys BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Forssell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
