The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edvard Bokelund during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 3rd minute, Edvard Bokelund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frölunda BK's Karl Gummeson got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the FC Ztolpe in defense, Karl Gummeson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arvid Skröder. The FC Ztolpe in fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arvid Skröder should have stopped the shot. In the 15th match minute, Frölunda BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herman Brolin to maneuver through the defense. Hampus Ekegren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivar Öman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karl Gummeson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arvid Skröder having to interfere. Arvid Skröder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charles Ekegren in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute Bertil Liljeström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hampus Ekegren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl Gummeson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arvid Skröder having to interfere. Arvid Skröder came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Frölunda BK's Karl Gummeson. But to his dismay, Karl Gummeson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Charles Ekegren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arvid Skröder having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesper Pihlwall in the 54th minute of play forced FC Ztolpe in's goalkeeper Arvid Skröder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FC Ztolpe in getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Åke Nordström hit a great ball. Karl Gummeson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Charles Ekegren might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arvid Skröder. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Charles Ekegren ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 75th match minute, FC Ztolpe in was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Lindmark to maneuver through the defense. Arvid Skröder came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Frölunda BK's Herman Brolin. But to his dismay, Herman Brolin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. A collision led to Frölunda BK getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Björn Löfkvist hit a great ball. In the 85th minute, Herman Brolin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute, Karl Gummeson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Frölunda BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Frölunda BK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
