Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in towers's zone, Edward Vacker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rickard Karlsson came out of the goal and Edward Vacker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Säve BF's Edward Vacker slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rickard Karlsson. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. Gösta Tinglöf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rickard Karlsson having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, towers's goalkeeper Rickard Karlsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gösta Tinglöf. 15 minutes in the game, Gösta Tinglöf fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Rickard Karlsson having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Gösta Tinglöf got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 27 minutes into the match, towers's goal looked a bit too open when Gösta Tinglöf came free, but Rickard Karlsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rickard Karlsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vacker in the 29th minute of the match. Gösta Tinglöf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Rickard Karlsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sten Britz during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Säve BF's Edward Vacker got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sten Britz hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edgar Arvidsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Säve BF's Richard Lindsten managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Max Ekström in the 55 minute of the game. After 57 minutes, Erling Rang mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the towers and the Säve BF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Erling Rang hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edward Vacker in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rickard Karlsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 61 minutes, Rune Grubb mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the towers and the Säve BF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rune Grubb hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Edward Vacker struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Rickard Karlsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Säve BF. After 65 minutes, Mikael Gustafsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Säve BF and the towers players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 65th minute, Mikael Gustafsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, towers's Sten Dalström got a free kick in the 66th minute. 68 minutes into the match, towers's goal looked a bit too open when Gösta Tinglöf came free, but Rickard Karlsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vacker in the 72nd minute of play forced towers's goalkeeper Rickard Karlsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgar Arvidsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Svante Smitt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edgar Arvidsson ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 81st minute, Olov Täman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In a very dangerous position, a player in towers fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 87th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Säve BF a penalty, 89 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Richard Lindsten, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of towers's Rickard Karlsson. 2-0. Rickard Karlsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vacker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Säve BF fully deserved thier win.
