In the 5th minute Tor Abrahamsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrik Grönlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Åkarp's Ivar Bäck got a free kick in the 7th minute. Gilbert Olsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karl Ekström struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Henrik Grönlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Åkarp. If Tor Abrahamsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gilbert Olsson came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Bruzaholm fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilbert Olsson couldn't finish the play. Tor Abrahamsson struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Henrik Grönlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Åkarp. The audience was convinced that Tor Abrahamsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Henrik Grönlund was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. 46 minutes into the match, Åkarp's goal looked a bit too open when Gilbert Olsson came free, but Alexander Hjortsberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Alexander Hjortsberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingvar Hård in the 52nd minute of the match. When Gilbert Olsson came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Bruzaholm fans jumped to their feet. But to his dismay, Calle Johnsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Kurt Wickander kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Åkarp's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Wickander came free, but Alexander Hjortsberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexander Hjortsberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Hård, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Calle Johnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrik Grönlund having to interfere. Henrik Grönlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tor Abrahamsson in the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tor Abrahamsson in the 83rd minute of play forced Bruzaholm's goalkeeper Henrik Grönlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Calle Johnsson in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Henrik Grönlund, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 92 minutes in the game, Tor Abrahamsson fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Henrik Grönlund having to interfere. The Bruzaholm fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Åkarp were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
