Spectators: 7228 (Terracing: 5494, Seating: 1684, VIP seats: 50) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Esbjörn Olsson made the kick off which started today's match. Porjus's Anthon Söderquist got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alf Grönlund got free with Yngve Siggman in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yngve Siggman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esbjörn Olsson in the 17th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Osvald Broberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Porjus fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Peder Blomqvist took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mikael Blixt. Championer & Meloner's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Championer & Meloner's Mikael Blixt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvald Broberg in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anthon Söderquist in the 27th minute of play forced Championer & Meloner's goalkeeper Mikael Blixt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute Osvald Broberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikael Blixt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mikael Blixt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristian Karlsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Osvald Broberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mikael Blixt was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Porjus's Jonas Hammarberg got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Osvald Broberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Osvald Broberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Mikael Blixt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Osvald Broberg made a kick off. Anthon Söderquist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikael Blixt having to interfere. Anthon Söderquist struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Mikael Blixt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Porjus. After 69 played minutes Championer & Meloner got a freekick which was hit by Roger Larsson. Mikael Blixt acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 70th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Per-Olof Åkerberg. In the 71st minute, Emil Larsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Osvald Broberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mikael Blixt came out and tried to block the shot, but Osvald Broberg slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 73rd minute. Kristian Karlsson charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kristian Karlsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Championer & Meloner booed when Porjus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristian Karlsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Osvald Broberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Porjus played a much better game than Championer & Meloner and deserved their victory. The Championer & Meloner players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
