With a little luck, Bräcke IK's Joacim Hellgren got control of the ball when Sören Pedersson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sören Pedersson scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joacim Hellgren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Torbjörn Askberg, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 9 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Malcolm Johansson was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Lars Igelström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joacim Hellgren having to interfere. Ted Haegg struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Joacim Hellgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stocka IFK. If Sören Pedersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute, Bräcke IK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ted Haegg fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Sören Pedersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lars Igelström's late challenge caught a Bräcke IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lars Igelström helped the player get up and apologised. Lars Igelström hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. When Lars Igelström was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 29 minutes had been played. The supporters of Bräcke IK booed when Stocka IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars Igelström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd match minute, Stocka IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Allan Nilsson to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Sören Pedersson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stocka IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Sören Pedersson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joacim Hellgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Malcolm Johansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torbjörn Askberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 40th minute, Sören Pedersson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ted Haegg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alfred Dahlquist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfred Dahlquist charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Jonas Jönsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joacim Hellgren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jonas Jönsson ran back to his position shaking his head. After 72 minutes, Patrick Alkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bräcke IK and the Stocka IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Patrick Alkvist hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Jonas Jönsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joacim Hellgren having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, Ted Haegg notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Bräcke IK's Joacim Hellgren. Joacim Hellgren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Torbjörn Askberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 89 minutes of play Bräcke IK's Patrick Alkvist was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Bräcke IK's Patrick Alkvist got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 94th minute, Ted Haegg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stocka IFK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Stocka IFK fully deserved thier win.
