The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Sven Ståhlman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lucas Runeberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Ove Andreasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karl-Ove Andreasson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Emil Runeberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lucas Runeberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emil Runeberg ran back to his position shaking his head. After 8 played minutes Lindevalls FF got a freekick which was hit by Edwin Ståhlman. The long shot by Rolf Torstensson in the 9th minute really tested Lucas Runeberg's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 15 minutes into the match, Lindevalls FF's Sven Ståhlman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcus Persson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sven Ståhlman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Marcus Persson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven Ståhlman in the 25th minute of play forced Snesudden's goalkeeper Marcus Persson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ove Nyberg struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Marcus Persson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lindevalls FF. After having played for 29 minutes, Karl-Ove Andreasson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Snesudden's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karl-Ove Andreasson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Lindevalls FF's zone, Karl-Ove Andreasson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucas Runeberg came out of the goal and Karl-Ove Andreasson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emil Runeberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Lucas Runeberg made a huge save. Snesudden's Karl-Ove Andreasson got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Lucas Runeberg successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sven Ståhlman to make the kick off. Tony Dalgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Runeberg having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emil Runeberg during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Lindevalls FF booed when Snesudden was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Runeberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sven Ståhlman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. After 88 minutes, Edwin Ståhlman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lindevalls FF and the Snesudden players grew even worse after the yellow card. Edwin Ståhlman hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Jan-Olof Bengtsson charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan-Olof Bengtsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 91st minute, Jan-Olof Bengtsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Snesudden had won after a very even match.
