Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Johannes Falck kicked off to start the match. 2 minutes into the game, Michel Sikström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Spurs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barsele the free kick. Michel Sikström hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Benjamin Alén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Algren having to interfere. In the 12thth minute of the game Leif Lindqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barsele's Valentin Algren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leif Lindqvist in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valentin Algren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leonardo Lundgren hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Valentin Algren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leif Lindqvist in the 16th minute of play. Johannes Falck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pontus Söderström in the 26th minute of play forced Spurs's goalkeeper Anders Haeger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Barsele's Jens-Ove Grönlund got a free kick in the 28th minute. Johannes Falck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Algren having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Barsele's goal looked a bit too open when Johannes Falck came free, but Valentin Algren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johannes Falck in the 39th minute of play forced Barsele's goalkeeper Valentin Algren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Barsele's zone, Johannes Falck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valentin Algren came out of the goal and Johannes Falck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 42 played minutes Barsele got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Lundgren. In a very dangerous position, a player in Barsele fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty! The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pontus Söderström to make the kick off. Anders Haeger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bertil Bäck went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 61st minute of the match Barsele got a corner. Spurs's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jens-Ove Grönlund ran over to the corner to take the kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Johannes Falck kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Valentin Algren. That made the score 1-1 in the 65 minute of play. If Pontus Söderström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 92 minutes of play, Barsele's Pontus Söderström made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anders Haeger was left in no man's land by his defense there! Spurs's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
