The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Allan Beckström was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Ove Deckbergh ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Torgny Larsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Ove Deckbergh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ove Deckbergh could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Torgny Larsson made a huge save. Nils Ahlbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torgny Larsson having to interfere. Torgny Larsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Allan Beckström took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Torgny Larsson. Torgny Larsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Allan Beckström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Torgny Larsson having to make a save. If Nils Ahlbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Allan Beckström got free with Torgny Larsson in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sixten Alkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claes Hernström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Per Wallander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Svesses Kanoner Bollklubb getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Kent Olofsson hit a great ball.
