Spectators: 7283 (Terracing: 5464, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sture Dahlberg kicked off to start the match. An unexpected shot in the 11th minute by Sture Dahlberg got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Örjan Drake blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carl Kollberg having to make a save. Sune Grönlund hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Kristian Persson kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Patrick Offendahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sture Dahlberg in the 24th minute of play. Carl Kollberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Örjan Drake, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nittorp's Carl Kollberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Örjan Drake in the 32nd minute of play. Carl Kollberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Uno Ekegren's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Uno Ekegren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Öfvermorjerf BK's zone, Sture Dahlberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patrick Offendahl came out of the goal and Sture Dahlberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 44 minutes, Robert Clementsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Öfvermorjerf BK and the Nittorp players grew even worse after the yellow card. Robert Clementsson hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Stellan Bengtsson charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stellan Bengtsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute, one of Öfvermorjerf BK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Öfvermorjerf BK.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Uno Ekegren made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Uno Ekegren kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Carl Kollberg. That made the score 2-1 in the 54 minute of play. Örjan Drake's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carl Kollberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Patrick Offendahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edwin Högberg in the 63rd minute of the match. Sten Tunberg hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Örjan Drake got free with Carl Kollberg in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Nittorp's Marc Holmberg got a free kick in the 69th minute. Uno Ekegren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carl Kollberg having to make a save. Uno Ekegren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Carl Kollberg made a huge save. Uno Ekegren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carl Kollberg having to make a save. After having played for 81 minutes, Uno Ekegren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Öfvermorjerf BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Uno Ekegren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 85 minutes, Carl Kollberg successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Stig-Åke Österberg fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nittorp's protests and gave Stig-Åke Österberg a yellow card for diving instead. After 88 played minutes Nittorp got a freekick which was hit by Stig-Åke Österberg. Nittorp's Carl Kollberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Nittorp from getting a goal against them. Sture Dahlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Offendahl having to interfere. In the 97th minute Uno Ekegren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Kollberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Öfvermorjerf BK's Örjan Drake got a good chance for a goal in the 99th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nittorp's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
