In a very dangerous position, a player in Haghulta FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 26th minute. Penalty! Linus Harlén walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Andreas Flink showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Börje Sandell in the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Hultin in the 36th minute of play forced Trödje IK's goalkeeper Jerry Siöman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sune Karlsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Jerry Siöman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Trödje IK defense, Sune Karlsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jerry Siöman. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 56 minutes into the match, Haghulta FC's goalkeeper Andreas Flink had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ingemar Hedbom. Börje Sandell struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Andreas Flink didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trödje IK. Börje Sandell might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andreas Flink. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Haghulta FC reached it. After 79 minutes, Lars Anundsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trödje IK and the Haghulta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Trödje IK's Lars Anundsson got a free kick in the 79th minute. Haghulta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sune Karlsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
