Bertil Bjursell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Billy Bohlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 5th minute, Örjan Levander ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bertil Bjursell was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Sven-Olof Blomqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th play minute Anders Aronsson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Adam Bokelund. 1-1. Bertil Bjursell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Örjan Levander in the 16th minute of play. IK S's Adam Bokelund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save IK S from getting a goal against them. 21 minutes into the match, Joakim Holmberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adam Bokelund. IK S's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joakim Holmberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Billy Bohlin managed to get in a good position for a shot. IK S's supporters rose to their feet, but Billy Bohlin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bertil Bjursell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 26th minute, Joakim Holmberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute of the match Patrik Gallin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bertil Bjursell skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in IK S's zone, Sven-Arne Ahlström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adam Bokelund came out of the goal and Sven-Arne Ahlström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 31 minutes into the match, Billy Bohlin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bertil Bjursell. Stocka ladugårdspojkar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Billy Bohlin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After 35 minutes, Rickard Fredriksson made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. Stocka ladugårdspojkar's Bertil Bjursell tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Bertil Bjursell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Billy Bohlin in the 45th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rickard Fredriksson in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bertil Bjursell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half IK S were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pål Hake to make the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Stocka ladugårdspojkar's Anders Aronsson made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adam Bokelund was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 58 played minutes IK S got a freekick which was hit by Joseph Morat. 59 minutes into the match, Stocka ladugårdspojkar's goalkeeper Bertil Bjursell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilhelm Ros. 60 minutes into the game, Joakim Holmberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stocka ladugårdspojkar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IK S the free kick. After a rather tough play, Stocka ladugårdspojkar's Joakim Holmberg got a free kick in the 60th minute. Adam Bokelund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joakim Holmberg in the 62nd minute of the match. Bertil Bjursell made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Wilhelm Ros sent off a good shot on target. Stocka ladugårdspojkar's Bertil Bjursell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Stocka ladugårdspojkar from getting a goal against them. In the 69th minute Örjan Levander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bertil Bjursell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samuel Uggla kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Adam Bokelund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pål Hake in the 72nd minute of the match. Billy Bohlin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bertil Bjursell having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Stocka ladugårdspojkar's Karl Eriksson got a free kick in the 77th minute. The supporters of IK S booed when Stocka ladugårdspojkar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Arne Ahlström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Billy Bohlin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Bertil Bjursell made a huge save. Joakim Holmberg scored 4-3 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adam Bokelund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Stocka ladugårdspojkar's Bertil Bjursell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Stocka ladugårdspojkar from getting a goal against them. Stocka ladugårdspojkar's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
