Jonatan Sandell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Max Häll, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Erling Lindström charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erling Lindström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Erling Lindström kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 8th minute Harry Gregersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Sandell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th match minute, Sundborn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erling Lindström to maneuver through the defense. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sundborn fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 11th minute. Penalty! After a rather tough play, Annerstad's Morgan Dalkvist got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 23rd minute Marcus Duset shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Sandell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonatan Sandell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Kruuse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Melker Hybbert sped through Annerstad's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Charles Dahlbom. Marcus Duset took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonatan Sandell. Jonatan Sandell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Jonatan Sandell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Duset, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcus Duset to make the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Marcus Duset managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Annerstad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcus Duset was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 52nd minute, Erling Lindström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sundborn's Erling Lindström got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melker Hybbert in the 60th minute of play forced Annerstad's goalkeeper Charles Dahlbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Morgan Dalkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Marcus Duset received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Jonatan Sandell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Sundborn booed when Annerstad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Max Häll didn't get a good kick on the ball. Charles Dahlbom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melker Hybbert in the 70th minute of the match. Morgan Dalkvist's late challenge caught a Sundborn's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Morgan Dalkvist helped the player get up and apologised. Harry Karlsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Charles Dahlbom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Sundborn's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Duset came free, but Jonatan Sandell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Sundborn's goalkeeper Jonatan Sandell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michel Kruuse. Melker Hybbert might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Charles Dahlbom. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Melker Hybbert ran back to his position shaking his head. Michel Kruuse could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Jonatan Sandell made a huge save. Erling Lindström kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Annerstad players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sundborn.
