Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marcus Duset took the kick off in the first half of the match. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Annerstad's Marcus Duset in the 6th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Tage Norberg was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Karlholmsbruk through an amazing save. Annerstad's Michel Kruuse got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tage Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Duset in the 10th minute of play. A collision led to Karlholmsbruk getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Niklas Jonasson hit a great ball. In the 12th minute, Marcus Duset got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Michel Kruuse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michel Kruuse who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Tage Norberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tage Norberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcus Duset's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. If George Frisk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Charles Dahlbom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michel Gerdberg in the 37th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Karlholmsbruk's zone, Michel Kruuse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tage Norberg came out of the goal and Michel Kruuse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Michel Kruuse managed to get in a good position for a shot. Annerstad's supporters rose to their feet, but Michel Kruuse was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tage Norberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Michel Kruuse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Tage Norberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Karlholmsbruk's zone, Marcus Duset stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tage Norberg came out of the goal and Marcus Duset tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Annerstad's Michel Kruuse got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Michel Gerdberg to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, George Frisk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Charles Dahlbom was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Karlholmsbruk booed when Annerstad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kåre Örtendahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. George Frisk hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Karlholmsbruk! In the 66th minute there was a penalty for Annerstad. Dan Berggren stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tage Norberg. 1-1. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Marcus Duset sped through Karlholmsbruk's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tage Norberg. Marcus Duset fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tage Norberg having to interfere. In the 78th minute of the match, Michel Gerdberg tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Charles Dahlbom saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Annerstad's Marcus Duset in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Karlholmsbruk's goalie prevented a goal. In the 82nd match minute, Karlholmsbruk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mårten Söderström to maneuver through the defense. 87 minutes into the match, Karlholmsbruk's goal looked a bit too open when Michel Kruuse came free, but Tage Norberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Marcus Duset managed to get in a good position for a shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Annerstad fully deserved thier win.
