Spectators: 7084 (Terracing: 5414, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 10) Hans Thidén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Kilberg having to interfere. Stig-Arne Löv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric Söderquist in the 4th minute of play. Athletic Club Onsala were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Strumprullarnas BK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bertil Qvalfeldt took the corner. After taking down the ball on Athletic Club Onsala's corner Bertil Qvalfeldt fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Stig-Arne Löv quite easily take care of the ball. Tobias Rönn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 25th minute of the game. One of Athletic Club Onsala:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Strumprullarnas BK:s goal. Allan Almqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stig-Arne Löv having to interfere.
