The audience was convinced that Ivan Isaksson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stig-Arne Löv was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Strumprullarnas BK's zone, Ivan Isaksson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Conny Jönsätt sped through Strumprullarnas BK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Stig-Arne Löv. In the 29th minute of the match Joseph Lindberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stig-Arne Löv skillfully saved the ball. Stig-Arne Löv showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conny Jönsätt, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Conny Jönsätt sped through Strumprullarnas BK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Stig-Arne Löv. Stig-Arne Löv took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conny Jönsätt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ivan Isaksson in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stig-Arne Löv prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ivan Isaksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, Conny Jönsätt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stig-Arne Löv. Strumprullarnas BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Conny Jönsätt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hans Thidén made a kick off. Roknäs's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! If Ivan Isaksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Roknäs fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when Roknäs's Conny Jönsätt looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Conny Jönsätt was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 79th minute. Roknäs's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With a little luck, Strumprullarnas BK's Stig-Arne Löv got control of the ball when Ivan Isaksson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute, Conny Jönsätt made a precise shot to the right of Stig-Arne Löv. Strumprullarnas BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-6. Stig-Arne Löv showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pontus Skålberg in the 89th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conny Jönsätt in the 91st minute of play forced Strumprullarnas BK's goalkeeper Stig-Arne Löv to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
