Spectators: 6830 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1685, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Anton Klack started the match with the kick off. In the 7thth minute of the game Knut Myr who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Konga IF's Thomas Wennersten was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Konga IF's goal looked a bit too open when Knut Myr came free, but Thomas Wennersten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13thth minute of the game Knut Myr who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Konga IF's Thomas Wennersten was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Knut Myr in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thomas Wennersten saved Konga IF from getting behind. Thomas Wennersten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Knut Myr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot by Jan Dahlberg from long distance, 27 minutes into the match, got Thomas Wennersten's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 31st match minute, Löddeköpinge BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joachim Billström to maneuver through the defense. 33 minutes into the match, Konga IF's goalkeeper Thomas Wennersten had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Malte Tillman. After some careless play in the Konga IF defense, Knut Myr kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thomas Wennersten. The Konga IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thomas Wennersten should have stopped the shot. In the 46th minute Bengt-Arne Svanér shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tord Larsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tord Larsson came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Konga IF's Bengt-Arne Svanér. But to his dismay, Bengt-Arne Svanér quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Knut Myr to make the kick off. If Knut Myr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bengt-Arne Svanér sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The corner led Konga IF's Leif Billing to fire away a dangerous shot which Tord Larsson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Bengt-Arne Svanér recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 69th minute, Anton Klack ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tord Larsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Tord Larsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anton Klack, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Agne Molander fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Konga IF's protests and gave Agne Molander a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Konga IF's Agne Molander got a free kick in the 75th minute. After 77 played minutes, Löddeköpinge BK's Joachim Billström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Thomas Wennersten came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Löddeköpinge BK reached it. Edmund Lönn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Sven-Ove Sjöö fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Konga IF's protests and gave Sven-Ove Sjöö a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Konga IF getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Sven-Ove Sjöö hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Klack in the 90th minute of play forced Löddeköpinge BK's goalkeeper Tord Larsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 91 minutes, Sven-Åke Asmundsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Löddeköpinge BK and the Konga IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 91st match minute, Löddeköpinge BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Åke Asmundsson to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute, Malte Tillman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Malte Tillman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Löddeköpinge BK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
