Kristoffer Viberg came free with the goalkeeper in the 40th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Bengt-Rune Nyberg could save by the left post. Edward Bokelund struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Rasmus Nordin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ungdom United. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Börje Martinsson made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Börje Martinsson in the 52nd minute of play forced Ungdom United's goalkeeper Bengt-Rune Nyberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
