After 2 minutes, Jack Larsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Björksele BF and the Råttjägarna players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jack Larsson hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Johannes Vacker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arvin Hamnberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Börje Gernberg in the 7th minute of the match. If Aleksander Möllgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johannes Vacker was extremely unlucky when he, in the 19th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Martin Ahlbeck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Råttjägarna's Måns Thorsberg got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Råttjägarna's Bror Fastesson got a free kick in the 26th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Råttjägarna's zone, Martin Ahlbeck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kent Samuelsson came out of the goal and Martin Ahlbeck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Björksele BF's Anton Galle got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 30th match minute, Råttjägarna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Alin to maneuver through the defense. Kent Samuelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Ahlbeck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Börje Gernberg succeeded in the game's 34th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Måns Thorsberg's late challenge caught a Björksele BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Måns Thorsberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 41st match minute, Råttjägarna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Måns Thorsberg to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Ahlbeck in the 42nd minute of play forced Råttjägarna's goalkeeper Kent Samuelsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martin Ahlbeck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kent Samuelsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 48th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Börje Gernberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Börje Gernberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Råttjägarna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Börje Gernberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Börje Gernberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arvin Hamnberg having to interfere. If Martin Ahlbeck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Torbjörn Skräddare came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Björksele BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Torbjörn Skräddare couldn't finish the play. After 71 minutes of play, Björksele BF's Martin Ahlbeck made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kent Samuelsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Martin Ahlbeck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Johannes Vacker came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Råttjägarna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johannes Vacker couldn't finish the play. Martin Ahlbeck scored 1-3 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kent Samuelsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Björksele BF's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
