Per-Arne Cane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Leif Vennerlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 23 played minutes Hammarby Fotboll got a freekick which was hit by Isak Holm. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kenneth Bergendahl was the one to do the kick off. The Ryssby IF fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Ryssby IF's Per-Arne Cane looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Linus Olsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Ahlin, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Kjell Bruhn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Hammarby Fotboll's Leif Vennerlund got control of the ball when Per-Arne Cane tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match was over Ryssby IF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Hammarby Fotboll throughout the match.
